In 2018, a European leader in the chemicals supply chain industry embarked on the ambitious creation of an innovation lab in Singapore. We were selected as a recruitment partner to support a complicated start-up phase that underwent significant changes, and to then build the project team of contractors that would include niche, in-demand skillsets.

We then worked closely with the Managing Director to create an engagement strategy, all the time providing regular feedback and working to clear SLA’s.
