The challenge:

In 2018, a European leader in the chemicals supply chain industry embarked on the ambitious creation of an innovation lab in Singapore. We were selected as a recruitment partner to support a complicated start-up phase that underwent significant changes, and to then build the project team of contractors that would include niche, in-demand skillsets.

Our solution:

We provided a cost-effective, transparent fee structure that offered flexibility and proposed a consultation phase to understand the businesses culture and goals.
