Key responsibilities:
- Perform the transformation of a product area end-to-end, from first interaction with area lead to the handover to area transformation team
- Lead the transformation story, structures, and processes of existing product areas, execute baseline assessments and perform gap analysis with the company Agile Blueprint as reference
- Define the transformation story of a new product area, including purpose and desired state
- Create area transformation strategy and transformation roadmap towards self-sustaining organization (together with area transformation team), including high level estimates on timing, targets and metrics
- Run the implementation of the company Agile Blueprint, setup of centre of excellence and community of practices within the product area
- Build an environment where the innovating our products and processes through empowered cross functional teams
Key requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field, IT, or related field skills, or the equivalent combination of training and experience.
- 5+ years 'experience in an agile context e.g. in the role of agile coach, senior scrum master of agile consultant
- Minimum of 2 years' experience being integral part of a scaled agile organization as agile coach, release training engineer or scrum master
- Experience in working with the Spoitfy model, Objectives & Key Results (OKR), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) is a big plus
- Certifications psm-2, pspo-2, a-csm, a-cspo,a-csd, management 3.0, PAL-E, SAFe, Spotify model, LeSS, Kanban, DevOps, Lean from well-known institutes
- Experience with the Liberating Structures and facilitating various workshops including value stream mapping, customer journeys, agile guilds, agile community of practices
- Deep knowledge and understanding of (scaled) agile values, principles, and approaches as well as lean principles, good analytical skills, customer centric, storytelling, consultancy skills, emotional intelligence, conflict handling
- Experience with Atlassian JIRA, Confluence and Miro
- Fluent in English language both spoken and written
- Ability to travel
