We are representing an international beauty/personal care brand client with a strong presence in the East Asia region.
As the brand continue to expand the footprint in East Asia, we are seeking a dynamic and experiencecd Area Manager (sales and business development) to drive the brand's growth and success in this strategic development region.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute market strategies for sales growth and brand awareness in East Asia
- Collaborate with partners (eg retailers, distributors, franchisees, b2bc) to implement effective sales and marketing plans
- Manage major accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving growth
- Ensure brand compliance across promotions and marketing activities
- Assess and enhance partner capabilities, contributing to strategic planning efforts
Key requirements
- Good experiences in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing in FMCG or Beauty industries on partners model (eg retailers, distributors, franchisees, b2b2c)
- Good understanding of East Asia markets, including Japan and Korea
- Proven success in regional/multi-countries roles, working with diverse cultures and ways of working
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Thrive in an individual contributor position, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Remuneration:
- Between S$70,000 and S$120,000 annual fixed base, and additional variable performance bonus
