Job Responsibilities
- Provide all-round support to marketing campaigns / events and monitor all CRM programmes
- Develop and implement customer loyalty program and related initiatives
- Work closely with Marketing & Retail Operations team and provides initiative to drive sales and traffic to company's business through data analysis, business intelligent report and customer segmentation
- Report to Head of Marketing, responsible for all CRM data-driven marketing and loyalty / customer retention campaigns, in order to enhance customer experience
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder with major in PR or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years experience with 2 years in supervisory level
- Familiar with customer relationship management, preferably in luxury
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese
