Assistant Training and Retail Analytics Manager

One of the reputable luxurious fashion maison, who has most prestigious product offering is now looking for an Assistant training and retail analytics Manager to join their regional team based in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities -

· Prepare and conduct staff induction training of product and company background for APAC region

· Working closely with HQ on any new operational procedures and carry out relevant training to the frontline staffs

· Support the head of APAC and develop any training and reporting guideline

· Prepare and analysis monthly, weekly and daily sales reports, identify risks and opportunities by store and by product categories

· Partner with cross functional teams to ensure that operational goals are met

· Ensure open communication with Store Managers on a consistent basis regarding hits or misses for all product categories, thereby given the ability to react and analyze appropriately

· Work closely with retail and marketing team on CRM initiatives, ensure profiling and segmentations are defined

· Analysis consumer behaviours through CRM program; identify action plans and ensure smooth execution

Requirements -

· Degree / Associate Degree holder in any discipline

· Minimum 6 years relevant experience in retail operations or retail training

· Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin

· Proactive, strong analytical and communication skills

· Less experienced candidate will be considered as Senior training and analytics executive
