A global well-known beauty brand is currently looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join their Hong Kong operation. You will be responsible to be a brand leader to lead team with Marketing, Sales & Operation and Training.
- Define brand strategies to strengthen the brand, accountable for business growth and brand development
- Conduct market trend analysis, retail sales strategies management and store development plan
- Plan and lead innovative digital marketing to build brand awareness on O2O approach in order to drive business growth and achieve corporate goal in Hong Kong
- Manage business on category segmentation, sales productivity, instore presentation, inventory and profitability
- Develop, execute and monitor brand's marketing activity, and work closely with Sales & Training department to ensure brand's objective is achieved
- Degree holder in marketing, business or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing (Beauty experience is a must)
- Strong strategic planning, analytical and conceptual skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications and advanced in Excel
- Excellent command in English and Cantonese (speaking and written)
