Job description

A global well-known beauty brand is currently looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join their Hong Kong operation. You will be responsible to be a brand leader to lead team with Marketing, Sales & Operation and Training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define brand strategies to strengthen the brand, accountable for business growth and brand development
  • Conduct market trend analysis, retail sales strategies management and store development plan
  • Plan and lead innovative digital marketing to build brand awareness on O2O approach in order to drive business growth and achieve corporate goal in Hong Kong
  • Manage business on category segmentation, sales productivity, instore presentation, inventory and profitability
  • Develop, execute and monitor brand's marketing activity, and work closely with Sales & Training department to ensure brand's objective is achieved

Key Requirements:

  • Degree holder in marketing, business or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing (Beauty experience is a must)
  • Strong strategic planning, analytical and conceptual skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications and advanced in Excel
  • Excellent command in English and Cantonese (speaking and written)
