Job Description

Argyll Scott is helping the client looking for Solution Sales Director-Salesforce Solution. This role will responsible for developing your consulting sales techniques to identify, nurture and close complex deals and navigate many client contacts and their political landscape while executing the account plans.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Serve as Digital Customer/Salesforce recognized sales leader to focus on sales to market leading clients with Cloud technology solutions
  • Manage sales to fulfill vertical revenue with a focus on pipeline development, management, and closure to meet targets
  • Develop cross-sector go-to-market strategy in close alignment with the Digital Customer's Offering Portfolios
  • Continue to evolve the local market segment, managing team from a structure, talent, and competence perspective
  • Become an expert adviser on commercial arrangements and frameworks that ensure Digital Customer is ongoing sales success, especially on key opportunities; aim for closings of big strategic customers in local market and potentially other market segment
  • Partner with other teams like the Technical teams to continuously guide internal processes and standards forward
  • Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to develop programs that continually enhance and improve the industry knowledge and solutions selling skills

Key Qualifications;

  • Strong background in selling and delivering Salesforce based projects, preferably with specific industry verticals
  • Ability to bring, build industry and partner network to build and drive business growth
  • Strong track record in building, managing / exceeding sales target, with Salesforce
  • Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce platform in an enterprise or consulting environment
  • 12+ years overall development and architecture experience, preferably with specific industry verticals
  • Understanding of Salesforce platform, apps, and ability to conceptualize and build industry solutions
  • Strong consulting and/or Salesforce technology implementation experience
  • Strong relationship building and communications skills
  • Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles
  • Thai nationality only
