One of the world's leading Pharmaceutical companies specializing in developing and providing a wide range of products in the disease area is looking for a "Business Unit Manager" to join their team in Thailand. You will be responsible for leading sales team, implementing marketing strategies and result.

Major Responsibilities:

· Set clear direction and vision for commercials team to achieved company objectives

· Responsible for meeting sales volume target by implementing and monitoring monthly, quarterly, annual sales volume for each product and assisting in setting the terms

· Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies

· Monitor the execution plan of brand strategies with internal team

· Responsible for training and mentoring staff; motivating them all for effective performance for the general growth of the company

· Insight market situation to initiate business plan and stay updated on competitors

· Build strong customer relationship with collaborate with sales manager and product manager

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree or higher in Pharmaceutical. (MBA is preferred)

· Minimum 10 years' sales experience in sales manager and/or marketing manager

· Strong business strategy

· Excellent Leadership and People skills

· Strong communication and organization skills

· Self-motivated and able to work under pressure

· Confident, energetic, high accountability and strong teamwork
