Our client is one of a leading consumer finance companies in Thailand, providing a wide range of financial products and services to consumers. They are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead our operations team and drive growth and efficiency within the organization.
The COO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's operations, including strategic planning, project management, customer service, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the financial consumer industry and a proven track record of success in managing operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity across the company
- Lead and manage a team of operations professionals, including project managers, customer service representatives, and risk management specialists
- Drive process improvements to enhance customer experience and reduce operational costs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, vendors, and partners
- Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement long-term strategic plans
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures
- Monitor and report on key operational metrics, including service levels, customer satisfaction, and risk management performance
- Identify and mitigate operational risks and develop contingency plans to minimize business disruption
- Master's degree in business administration, finance, economies, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the financial consumer industry, with at least 5 years in a senior operations management role
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage and motivate a high-performing team
- Exceptional strategic planning and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and optimize operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Thai and English - Only THAI Nationality
