A luxury maison is looking for a creative and commercial Regional Client Engagement, Senior Executive to join its regional office in Singapore.
Reporting to the Retail Manager, you will support the successful ideation and deployment of client engagement activation and generate client engagement insights. In short, this role combines the art (plan and create compelling activations) and science (use data and insights) for clients engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Plan in-store client engagement activations calendar for the responsible region; brainstorm, innovate, curate compelling formats of client engagement activations, including 1-to-1, festivities and occasions, and new season launches
- Induct and educate store teams in each of the country in the region on the clientelling menu and tools
- Maintain good data integrity and hygience in the client database
- Analyse clients and clientelling engagement performance data and generate insights and opportunities
Key requirements
- 4+ years of experience in luxury clientelling and/or client engagement
- Driven, collaborative, creative and hands-on
- Passionate in and has affinity with luxury lifestyle
Remuneration: annual basic between S$60,000 and S$67,000, plus variable performance bonus
