A global fast consumer food icon is looking for a Regional Marketing Lead to join its regional office in Singapore.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be a key member of the highly successful and winning regional Asia marketing hub.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with global teams and in-country marketing teams to develop comprehensive market calendars, test programmes and strategies; s and ambitions
- Champion a strong focus on consumer centricity, insights-led approach, and creative multi-channel activations
- Drive new product development (NPD) and innovations for the in-market needs and opportunities
- Lead the overall brand financial planning (annual operating plan, quarterly forecast) ensuring the development of plans and forecasts that deliver growth and profit objectives
Key requirements
- 10+ years of solid track record success in-country marketing experiences in fast-moving consumer goods
- Highly advantageous if experienced in Hong Kong and/or Taiwan markets
- Successful at leading and influencing as an individual contributor
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and intellectual curiosity
- Strong influence and collaboration skills to navigate a highly matrixed organization
Remuneration
- Between S$150,000 and S$220,000 annual base, + variable bonus
