Our client is one of the most unique and fastest growing in their category, with a brand available only in premium retail outlets and fine bars and restaurants. It continues to show impressive growth and is investing in building the team to step-change the growth in the UK and international markets.

Working alongside the Head of Marketing, you'll take on a broad remit, managing the brand positioning, pricing strategy, P&L and activity across the mix; developing strategic and tactical plans to activate the brand, building marketing partnerships, experiential events and carefully targeted communications and digital initiatives.

You will work closely with the sales and distributor team.

To meet the challenges of this role, you will have a track record of marketing achievement preferably coupled with Retail marketing experience.

You will have strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to develop a clear business case, secure buy-in and build a strategy that drives results. Above all, you will have an intuitive understanding of consumer motivations and drivers, ensuring that marketing activity hits the mark and reflects the quality of the brand.

We're looking for marketeers based in Dubai who are open to travel 2/3rd of the time, armed with FMCG/Electronics global brands experience of 6-7 years.
