A global retail brand client is looking out an CRM Manager with Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience to join its regional office in Singapore.
This position will lead and drive the CRM strategies and activation for the South East Asia markets, whilst partnering external agency support.
The brand is using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive a holistic and data-driven approach in customer activations across multichannel (including print, email, social). As such, it is mandatory pre-requisite that the right-fit candidate must have minimum three years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
- Collaborate with product marketing team weekly on align customer marketing calendar
- Localise global playbook to develop customers activation campaigns for the SEA markets
- Create and launch marketing campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with external agency support
- Measure and identify insights from the campaign performance metrics/analytics and propose opportunities for optimisations
- Mandatory: Min 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Successful in projects management and stakeholders management
