Our client a world renowned luxury skin care, manufactures worldwide prestige quality products which is distributed in more than 100 countries is looking for an individual who will be responsible in developing, implementing and manage CRM programmes in improving customer's satfisfaction and retention:

Responsible;

  • To lead a CRM team and recommends strategies on products/services, customer database management, CRM implementation, loyalty programmes and promotions in positioning and strengthening the brand.
  • Find new ways/campaigns in generating business to achieve the sales targets
  • Responsible in coming up with new tailor made campaigns
  • Identifies and study the customer's patter and behaviour through CRM system
  • Responsible in build and deepen relationship will all the customers to achieve customer base through more targeted CRM initiatives

Requirements;

  • Degree in Marketing/Mass Communication
  • 6-8 years of working experience
  • Strong leadership skills, and good organizational skills
  • Good communication skill and customer service skills
