This role requires you im implementing CRM activities in increasing the brand's database and loyalty.
- Management of membership program,
- establish CRM roadmap
- oversees direct communication with customers
- online & offline customers retention
- maximize retail and online customer lifetime value
- Data mining & processing,
- conducting full lifecycle analysis
- provide reporting that assist in making business decisions.
- At least 5 years of experience
- Master in scripting & statistical Language, Adobe & Google Analytics, Campaign Management (Adobe Campaign),
- Skilled in reporting and data visualization software, with strong presentation skills,
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel, experienced with SQL programming, analytical & creative mind.
