Argyll Scott is working with our partner who is a global retail company based in Bangkok. The role will report directly to Head of Marketing.
- Analyze and prepare monthly reports and other program brief: member profile segmentation, spending behavior, store visit trends
- Uses data from POS system to create strategic planning for developing and maintaining clients.
- Develop and implement CRM promotional plans in accordance with the program benefits offered to basic and premium level.
- Monitor CRM and marketing program performance and deep analysis of customer response to marketing campaign and ROI.
- 5+ years experience in CRM/Loyalty or database marketing
- Excellent command in English
- Numbers driven/Strong analytical skills
- Passionate about luxury retail
