Customer Care Executive (Luxury Retail Brand)
Our client has a brand name synonymous with luxury and can be found all over the world. Their products are in the high-end luxury retail space and an exciting new opportunity has recently become available with them. To main the high standard of customer service, they are currently looking for a Customer Care Executive to join their Hong Kong office.
- Handling customer complaints, comfort customers and staff
- Answer customer enquires
- Provide Aftersales Services in professional and timely manner
- Monitor product repairing schedule
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experiences
- Customer service experiences - preferably in luxury retail
- Good command of English and Chinese (Both Written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills
- Experiences in handling complaint cases
