Customer Service Manager
Salary: 120 - 180 KB per Month
Successful Candidate needs to have experience in:
- Responsible for Customer Service operation activities
- Manage and responsible for customer service change management
- Deal with 3PL for inventory and shipping activities
Our Client:
Our partner is a global FMCG company. They operate more than 40 years producing and distributing health products over the world. Currently, they are looking for an experienced customer service talent to lead customer service activities.
Key Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for performing and developing customer service operation and strategy. In this role, you will:
- Perform and drive customer satisfaction by handling the complaints and questions
- Be responsible for dealing with third party logistic about inventory and shipment
- Manage Purchasing Order and contact with Manufacturing sites over the globe
Key Requirements:
The successful candidate will have experience in doing customer service operations. You will have a Bachelor degree level or higher and It is highly desirable that you will have experience in:
- Responsible for Customer Service operation activities
- Manage and responsible for customer service change management
- Deal with 3PL for inventory and shipping activities
Fluency in both written and spoken English is highly desirable
