As a Customer Success manager, you will be working closely with the global sales manager and senior management team, ensuring the generation and growth of sales revenue from a nominated portfolio of trading accounts.
You will also deliver specific value propositions to customers through consultatively understanding all client requirements, challenges and problems.
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Experience of data managed platforms would be ideal
* Experience of managing relationships across large corporate organisations to grow revenue streams.
* Have strong commercial Acumen
* Experience of high level account growth and driving revenue through existng accounts
* Ability to work autonomously from Home and willing to travel
* Be able to turn complex solutions into a simple, value proposition
