As the leader of Cyber Security Solution Consultant engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional technical presale services and product consultancy to both external clients and internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will encompass solution designing, proposal development, Bill of Quantities (BoQ) creation, and the execution of Proof of Concepts (PoC).
- Lead and inspire a team of Cyber Security Solution Consultants in providing comprehensive technical presale services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate closely with clients, serving as a trusted advisor to comprehend their technical and business challenges, and effectively communicate these insights to the sales team.
- Act as a subject matter expert in the field of Cyber Security, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.
- Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge tools, technologies, products, and processes to enhance service differentiation and quality.
- Demonstrate proficiency in driving business results within a complex outsourcing framework, spanning all facets of Cyber Security in applications, infrastructure, and operations.
- Provide support in operational roles, overseeing application, infrastructure management, and end-user Customer Care services.
- Take ownership of team competency development, fostering both technical and professional skills to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with the Sales team on technical opportunities, preparing detailed technical proposals and addressing customer requirements effectively.
- Monitor and assess the progress and health of the opportunity pipeline, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee the hands-over procedure and process between technical presale and delivery, ensuring a seamless transition and high-quality service delivery.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in presales within the Cybersecurity or Network products domain.
- Preferred experience working with cybersecurity vendors, IT consulting firms, or IT distributors.
- Proven experience in managing presales teams.
- Age between 35-45 years old.
- Thai nationality.
