About Our Client

Argyll Scott Thailand, a Hydrogen Group's recruitment consultancy firm, is working with well-known insurance business in Thailand. Now, they are looking for a Developer Team Lead (AS400 / Smart Cobol) to support their business.

Responsibility:

  • Mainly support on all aspects of software development
  • Able to perform on software architecture, design, and development of software / systems
  • Work closely with vendors or partners for operational support
  • Manage team member including permanent staff and outsourced staff
  • Manage night shift schedule for team member on some period if needs

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in end-to-end software development process
  • At least 5 years of experience in Insurance business
  • Experience using AS400 is a MUST
  • Fluent in Thai & Good command in English
