Our client is global FMCG company, whom is one the market leader in their respective sector. They are currently looking for "Digital and E-Commerce Manager" to join their team in Thailand. The office is in the heart of Bangkok district. If you are up to challenge, this role is ideal for you.
Responsibilities:
- Media planning and implementing marketing strategies across all digital platforms
- Establish strong relationship with platforms (Shopee, Lazada, JD, etc.), taking lead on account management, and monthly & quarterly performance review
- Drive E-commerce channel to achieve sales target, net sales, and key KPI through the development and builds overall brand E-Commerce strategy
- Develops a clear traffic strategy, execute & optimize for off platform traffic for each platform
- Review monthly campaign plan, visibility, execution, communication (promotional artwork, graphic design and on-site search), and other sales fundamental metrics
- Responsible for ROI and growing sell out on their brand ahead of category
- Analyzing site traffic including click navigation, shopping patterns, and purchase conversion
- Assessing the online user experience and developing strategies
- Monitoring and maintaining the media budget
- Preparing and presenting digital marketing reports
Requirements:
- Thai nationality only
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field
- At least 3 years' experience in an Online Marketing or E-commerce
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques
- Experience with social media networking and advertising
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO best practices, and brand exposure techniques
- Knowledge of the latest technology and trends within the industry
- Excellent communication skills and advanced project-management skills
- Good command in English
