- Lead the customer journey design, ideation and execution of the digital automotive customer experience
- Work cross functionally to ensure high levels of engagement and buy in for change across the business
- Shape and lead changes as a digital product owner to drive exceptional customer satisfaction
Key Experience
- 6+ years as a digital product owner, with CX experience
- Excellent facilitator and understanding of CX methodology
- Understanding of digital/apps and how to drive engagement
- Experience of UX design is beneficial
