  • Follow the Sun Support: Partner with global colleagues to provide 24/7 support for our e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth operations and prompt resolution of any technical hiccups.
  • Platform Rollouts: Play a key role in planning, testing, and launching new e-commerce platforms in various regions, from site configuration to data migration and user training.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of Salesforce Commercial Cloud to troubleshoot issues, analyze platform performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Project Management: Take ownership of smaller projects related to feature enhancements, integration development, and data analysis, collaborating with engineers and product managers to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain comprehensive user guides and training materials for e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth on-boarding for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate insightful reports on platform performance, user behavior, and key metrics, informing data-driven decisions for optimization and growth.
  • Problem-Solving & Innovation: Approach challenges with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, actively seeking ways to optimize e-commerce operations and contribute to platform improvements.


  • Proven experience in providing technical support for e-commerce platforms, preferably within Salesforce Cloud or similar environments.
  • Excellent understanding of website launch procedures, troubleshooting methodologies, and best practices for continuous platform optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of technical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Experience managing small projects, delivering on deadlines, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document technical processes clearly and concisely for diverse audiences.
  • Adaptability to working in a global environment with varying time zones and cultural contexts.
  • A passion for learning and staying abreast of the latest e-commerce trends and technologies.
  • Experience with cloud-based platform integrations, data analysis tools, and project management methodologies.
