About the role
We are looking for a veteran Business Development Director with strong records in leading team from Retail or Real Estate fields to grow business.
The role will mainly responsible for create and lead commercial strategy, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and always keep up with trends and opportunities to expand businesses.
Remuneration package ranges from 300-350k THB with attractive company benefits
Job Description
- Create and lead company commercial and growth strategy to align with expansion targets
- Gather business data and trends to ensure business plan is well-designed and competitive
- Lead and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including Expansion, Partnership, Store Development, etc.
- Seek to create and improve systems, procedures and processes of the Business Development plan and ensure the quality is met
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in Retail/Commercial Real Estate
- Proven track records in leading team, setting up processes with analytical and strategical approaches
- Strong people management, communications and organizational skills
- Passion in Retail/Technology business is a plus
- Creative, out of box and open mindset while remained commercial sense
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Fluent in English and Thai
