Our client is in search of a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to bolster their leadership team. This position is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day operations and providing comprehensive administrative support to our executives.
This person will take charge of executive schedules, coordinate meetings, manage travel arrangements, serve as a liaison with stakeholders, handle confidential information, prepare reports and presentations, conduct research for decision-making, assist in new team member onboarding, and proactively address needs to optimize workflow efficiency.
- 5 years experience as an executive assistant or in a comparable administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Display discretion and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
- Possess a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Adaptability and flexibility in navigating a fast-paced startup environment.
