Join a sector of Hydrogen that is newly founded within In-House Ireland. Created last year and billing over 500k to date, this team is going from leaps to bounds carving a name for themselves in such a niche area. With an untapped market that is brimming with potential, we're looking for a consultant to join the team contributing to the success and growth we are currently experiencing.

The Irish in-house market may sound like legal recruitment experience is necessary but that isn't the case. They work with clients in a variety of sectors, including but not limited to; pharma, tech, fintech, investment, banking etc. If you have recruitment experience in any one of these sectors this role may your next challenge. The legal market knowledge is something that can be and is taught in training.

Something that we are specifically looking for is that Business Development experience. With any new market the difficult part is building up that client base, and although we have a wide crossover with some of our clients from our in-house and private practice areas the key focus for the first year will be BD. Therefore having that knowledge and enjoyment of BD is necessary to the success of this position.

We're eager to find an experienced recruiter with over a 1 year of experience in any one of the markets mentioned above. This is to work in the Irish In-House market and focusing on growing your client base in such a niche area.
