Our Client is a global Leader of the Pharmaceutical Industry.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBLIITIES:

The Senior Finance & Administration Manager (Finance & Administration Director), Southeast Asia is responsible for providing all financial support to the SEA legal entities, and financial leadership and direction to the SEA affiliates.

The incumbent will provide the development of financial plans and forecasts as well as the analysis of operational results, and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of factors affecting performance, while maintaining an effective environment of internal controls.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive financial leadership in the South East Asia Region.

This includes, but not limited to:

§ The monthly financial closing process, operational and financial forecasts, annual budgeting process and long-term strategic planning

§ Work with global business analytics tools, to deliver strong, risk-balanced plans for sustained business growth.

§ Develop and lead business intelligence including KPIs, key business drivers, and deep dive analytics.

§ Develop and implement local/regional Policies & Procedures in line with Corporate guidelines, including but not limited to: pricing, spending, approval levels.

§ Drive internal controls and financial compliance in accordance with local and Corporate guidelines and regulations.

FORECAST AND BUDGET

§ In partnership with the South East Asia senior management, develop, manage and monitor the process for the execution and completion of strategic, monthly and quarterly financial plans.

§ Analyze and challenge current strategies to determine their effectiveness in achieving desired business objectives and growth targets and recommend alternative strategy and/or operational changes.

§ Develop financial rationales and scenarios to support budget development, investment decisions and long term strategic plans in partnership with Regional and Corporate Leadership.

§ Analyze monthly sales, gross margin and reports providing recommendations to ensure achievement of financial goals.
