Reporting directly into leadership, this is a critical role in driving their digital marketing and e-commerce ambitions for APAC.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the marketing teams digital strategy and transformation in driving digital impact across all the business units
- Lead all digital marketing plans with the respective marketing teams in line with the strategy to achieve brand share encompassing:
- Performance marketing campaigns
- Social media stategy
- eCommerce strategy
What you look like:
- A minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in a strategic digital marketing lead role, ideally with e-commerce capabilities specifically with a global FMCG organisation
- Extensive experience in stakeholder and team management as well as management of digital agencies and partners
- Strong people skills with the power of influencing and motivating
