I am looking for a strategic leader to serve as Head of Digital Channels to help drive the bank's digital channel agenda for the Hong Kong & Greater Bay Area.
- Build and lead the bank's online and mobile strategy for the bank digital customers
- Define and develop business requirements for digital mobile channels
- Develop and design the bank's customer experience journey on the internet banking and mobile app
- Identifying and analysing new market trends to enhance Voice of Customer feedback E.g. Emerging mobile technology, customer insights, industry trends
- Solid experience with digital channel management and in managing digital channel projects
- Strong business knowledge of ecosystem, fintech, e-commerce, channel digital channel marketing and related strategies, including using social media, big data, mobile, internet banking etc
- Familiar with SEO and SEM strategy
- Experience with business transformation and process improvement
- Good understanding of mobile/ payment platforms
- Cantonese/Mandarin skills is a MUST
