Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Head of Enterprise Architecture to oversee the governance of overall architecture across applications, commercial-off-the-shelf products, infrastructure, data, cloud, and integration topics. The ideal candidate will be someone who is solution-focused and has experience working in a large-scale multinational environment. As the Head of Enterprise Architecture, you will lead a small team responsible for driving the development and implementation of enterprise-wide technology solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain enterprise architecture principles, standards, and guidelines to ensure the alignment of technology solutions with business goals and objectives.
- Lead the development of a comprehensive architecture strategy and roadmap that incorporates application, data, infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
- Partner with business stakeholders and IT leadership to develop and implement technology solutions that meet business requirements.
- Drive the development and implementation of technology standards, policies, and procedures that ensure the consistency, quality, and security of technology solutions.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of technology architecture artifacts, including architecture diagrams, data models, and integration designs.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of third-party software solutions and vendors, ensuring that they align with the overall technology strategy and meet business needs.
- Provide guidance and thought leadership on emerging technology trends, best practices, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience with solution architecture, particularly in large-scale multinational environments.
- Experience with a broad range of technologies, including cloud, data, applications, COTS, and infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF).
- Experience leading a team of enterprise architects and driving enterprise-wide technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with senior executives, business stakeholders, and IT teams.
