Reporting to the Country General Manager, you will manage crafting of all marketing strategies, develop plans on branding and positioning, launch marketing programs with sales to enhance reach into new market segments and expand market share. You will lead and coach a small team, monitor team goals, prepare and manage P&L and marketing budgets. You will manage relationships with external agencies on events, marketing campaigns, and promotion materials, etc. You will drive research studies to identify new business opportunities.
You will be a bachelor degree holder in marketing or relevant disciplines, with at least 15 years' experience in marketing management in the FMCG sector. You will have at least 5 years' experience in a team management position. You will be a self-motivated individual wit strong communication skills and stakeholders management skills. Fluency in Chinese and English is a must.
