Our client is one of the global beauty and skincare retail companies. They are actively looking for Head of Omnichannel to support the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop and implement strategy, sales engagements across portfolio of Omni solutions and ensure excellent implementation of Omni-channel (Retail, B2S and eCom).
- Lead, develop and implement a comprehensive omnichannel strategy that integrates all customer touchpoints and channels, including online, mobile, in-store, and eCom.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, customer service, IT, and operations, to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across all channels.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and increase customer loyalty.
- Work with internal and external partners to develop insights and actionable recommendations to drive new sustainable business opportunities and build organizational capability through continuous improvement.
- Oversee the development and implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance the omnichannel experience.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the omnichannel strategy.
- Manage and lead a team of omnichannel specialists, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in omnichannel strategy development and execution.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior, technology trends, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing a team of professionals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What's an offer:
· Salary: 150K-170K
