A well-being industry client is looking for an experienced Head of Operations to join its Singapore office.
Reporting to the country manager, you will drive operation excellence across the boutiques, people, product and services and client journey.

Key responsibilities
- Translate the overarching brand's missions and ambitions into operations strategies and lead the executions
- Play a leading role in developing, analysing and reporting business budget (P&L, Capex, Opex and other performance metrics) and growth strategies
- Develop, review, refine and align best practices/best ways of working, with respect to government and business rules and regulations (including but not limited to PDPA, WSH)
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate staff performance, lead and encourage employees to maximize performance, and ensure a strong talent pipeline
- Work with other functions (for example, Marketing, CRM, IT) in depth and details to deliver the best-in-class client experience and journey, setting the bar above the market average
- Identify market and business trends and opportunities, and propose new products, services and campaigns
Key requirements
- Academically accredited in the field of health and well-being, including but not limited to Sports Science, Hospitality, Health and Wellness, Spa
- Experienced operations/business leader in the well-being (health, wellness, fitness, spa) industry
- Solid people-leader with track record in employee engagement, development and retention
