Argyll Scott is helping the client looking for Head of Sales Service Strategic Outsourcing. This is will responsible for Oversee development and management of Thailand Strategic Outsourcing customers.
- Identify new scope expansion/extension oppotunities in existing Strategic Outsourcing customers to strengthen country's Strategic Outsourcing account growth quality pipeline development
- Manage complex outsourcing opportunities, Strategize winning plan, lead the development of solution/pricing/proposal to meet customer requirement
- Negotiated and closed complex agreements with support of solution manager, Legal and Financial offering leader
- Provided leadership and promotes teamwork at the highest levels, while providing guidance and counsel to the rest of the team (Pre-Sales Specialist, Client Representative, Pricer, Legal, Engagement support and Delivery team)
- Planned and executed and effective relationship strategy including customer C-Levels and vendors
- Responsible for leading large, multi-disciplined teams, and integrating products and services required to meet business needs
- Minimum 10 years work experience in IT Strategic Outsourcing
- In-depth knowledge of the client's major IT architectures, systems, information flows, applications and their links to customers and suppliers
- In-depth working knowledge of the industry and an ability to market very complex solutions, products and services that are specific to an industry
- Teamwork at highest levels. Leads large, very complex engagement teams responsible for the development of deliverables, such as client proposal and presentations
- Drives and manages an effective partnership with the clients through contact with executive management and individuals that influence executive team
