Job Description

HR Generalist (skin-care)

A well-known skin-care brand with many business units, and a very successful track record with a great reputation globally is looking for a HR Generalist who is strong in Compensation & Benefits, Manpower Strategy, Employee Engagement, and experience as a HR Generalist to join them. You must have commercial mindset to partner with business as well as solid interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Report directly to the Country Manager, the qualified candidate will be a key contact person regarding HR matters, the responsibilities for this role includes, but is not limited to:

· Acting as strategic HR partner to influence the broader HR processes by coaching and providing organizational, leadership and individual performance counsel to line managers

· Design various Employee Development programs to build the organization to the next level in coming years

· The role focuses on Recruitment and Selection, yearly Compensation & Benefits and payroll matters

· Ensure the implementation of the HR policies and procedures are aligned with head quarter requirement

· Map out HR long term plan with strategies and specific action/plans/targets as well as develop and implement the HR strategy through the organization

· Initiate, and implement HR policies as well as procedures to be aligned with the company's culture, strategy, and objectives

· Handle the selection process and support on recruitment with proper hiring and staffing plans

· Ensure appropriate communication and discussion is conducted between related parties with effective results

Desired Skills & Experience

· Degree qualified in Management / Psychology / OD / HR related field is preferred

· At least 5 years' direct experience in HR Generalist with background in Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits

· Excellent in communication & negotiation skills both Thai & English language

· Excellent problem solving, analytical & interpersonal skills

· Good knowledge on Learning & Development including succession planning and other Organization Development tools

· Experience in fast paced environment in Matrix Multinational Companies

· THAI nationality only
