Job Overview:
As the HR Manager for Total Rewards and HR Projects, you will play a critical role as the Rewards expert for our SEAO region's workforce. You will research, analyze, make recommendations, and develop modifications to compensation and benefits programs, with a strong focus on policy development. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional support to drive business success and talent retention.
Key Responsibilities
Total Rewards:
- Compensation Analysis: Research and analyze compensation trends in the SEAO region to ensure our programs remain competitive and compliant.
- Benefits Strategy: Develop and implement benefits strategies that attract and retain top talent, considering market benchmarks and employee preferences.
- Policy Development: Create and maintain comprehensive Total Rewards policies and guidelines that align with the company's business objectives.
HR Guidelines:
- Policy Management: Oversee the development, maintenance, and communication of HR guidelines, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
HR Budgeting:
- Budget Oversight: Manage the HR budget for the SEAO region, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to support HR initiatives.
HR Data Insights:
- Data Analysis: Leverage HR data and analytics to provide insights that inform strategic decisions related to talent management and workforce planning.
HR Projects:
- Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate various HR projects, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with HR and business goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with business leaders and HR colleagues to align Total Rewards, policies, and projects with overall business strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR, with a focus on Total Rewards and policy development.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Exceptional project management and communication skills.
