Our client is an Insurance Company based in Kuala Lumpur that operates globally
- You will be the first line technical support to various business unit on IAM related technical issues
- You required to provide end-to-end support for Privilege Accounts Management (PAM) and Single-Sign On (CASSO)
- You should perform root cause analysis and provide recommendation to prevent similar incident in the future
- You should frequently communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders when required
- Bachelor's degree and professional certification in security preferred
- 3 years solid experience in IAM
- Experience in IAM Operations specifically in PAM
- Good understanding of IAM principles and experince supporting at least one IAM product.
- Good knowledge of cyber security concepts
