Key Responsibilities

Oversee and engage in projects related to consultancy, data examination, and software rollout,
Spearheading or participating in process enhancement sessions.
Delving into data and evaluating KPI outcomes.
Sharing analyzed data and conclusions with clients, spanning operational to executive levels.
Guiding the creation of Functional Design Documents, charting process routes, and designing UI flow.
Adapting the company's solutions to meet client needs.
Guiding clients on optimal use of the company's solutions.
Delivering prompt customer support.
Supervising KPI evaluations, ensuring business objectives are realized and software adoption is optimized.
Acting as a supply chain expert in sales discussions.
Representing at industry-specific or company-related events when necessary.
Continually upgrading skills and knowledge through relevant training.
Occasionally assisting in ancillary sales and admin tasks.

Qualification

Years of experience from Management Consulting Firm with focus on IT Retail, FMCG or Supply Chain Operation sector
Robust analytical capabilities coupled with effective problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in grasping Supply Chain tools from both operational and tech dimensions.
Aptitude to liaise assertively with client stakeholders, offering expert insights.
At least a Bachelor's in IT, engineering, or math OR a decade of retail sector involvement.
A go-getter mindset with a penchant for business enhancement.
Excellent command of English and native Thai speaker
