Job Description

Job Title: Office & Administration Manager

Location: Dubai

Industry: Professional Services

Job Description:

  • Supervising the Location Coordinators across 7 locations
  • Hire, develop and retain distinctive location coordinators
  • Conduct location coordinators reviews
  • Develop and continuously improve a common set of standards and guidelines around office services and vendor management
  • Ensure adherence to the location management standards and guidelines, including regular visits to the locations
  • Oversee planning and management of locations budgets
  • Participate in office move projects from planning to sourcing and execution
  • Manage the Dubai Office operations
  • Lead local office services team (receptionist, office service staff, drivers) to ensure smooth operations
  • Source, negotiate, replace, terminate and manage performance of vendors as needed
  • Maintain office layout plan, room and parking allocations
  • Plan and manage office budget for office services
  • Manage vendor invoicing process

Qualifications :

  • 10+ years' experience including office administration experience in similar scale organization
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Pragmatic problem solver and excellent relationship building skills
  • Proactive and dynamic personality with strong can-do attitude
  • Open to frequent travel within the region to visit the locations
