Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication, roles, and responsibilities.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure projects are executed within budget and meet quality standards.
Stakeholder Management:
Communicate with clients and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including design teams, production, logistics, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing regular updates, and addressing any concerns or issues.
Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners, fostering collaboration and driving effective project delivery.
Resource Management:
Coordinate and allocate resources, both internal and external, to ensure optimal utilization and project success.
Monitor resource capacity and adjust project plans as necessary to accommodate changing priorities or constraints.
Identify resource gaps or skill requirements and facilitate appropriate training or recruitment efforts.
Quality Assurance:
Establish and enforce quality control processes and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular project reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function, leveraging lessons learned and best practices.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and optimize resource allocation.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative packaging solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
5 years of Experience minimum
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, project management, engineering) is preferred.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the packaging industry, FMCG or related fields.
Strong project management skills, including project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Knowledge of packaging materials, technologies, and processes is a plus.
