Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our global packaging company. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing various packaging projects for our clients.



This role requires exceptional organizational and leadership skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.



Key Responsibilities:



  1. Project Planning and Execution:



  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.



    • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication, roles, and responsibilities.



    • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.



    • Ensure projects are executed within budget and meet quality standards.



  1. Stakeholder Management:



  • Communicate with clients and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including design teams, production, logistics, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.



    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing regular updates, and addressing any concerns or issues.



    • Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners, fostering collaboration and driving effective project delivery.



  1. Resource Management:



  • Coordinate and allocate resources, both internal and external, to ensure optimal utilization and project success.



    • Monitor resource capacity and adjust project plans as necessary to accommodate changing priorities or constraints.



    • Identify resource gaps or skill requirements and facilitate appropriate training or recruitment efforts.



  1. Quality Assurance:



  • Establish and enforce quality control processes and standards throughout the project lifecycle.



    • Conduct regular project reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.



    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.



  1. Continuous Improvement:



  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function, leveraging lessons learned and best practices.



    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and optimize resource allocation.



    • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative packaging solutions.



Qualifications and Skills:



  • 5 years of Experience minimum



  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, project management, engineering) is preferred.



  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the packaging industry, FMCG or related fields.



  • Strong project management skills, including project planning, budgeting, and risk management.



  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.



  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.



  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.



  • Knowledge of packaging materials, technologies, and processes is a plus.
