Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our consumer business unit. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing qualified candidates for our clients, who operate on an international scale. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and business objectives.
    • Collaborate with clients to create comprehensive job descriptions and specifications.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Assessment:
    • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract top-tier candidates.
    • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • End-to-End Recruitment:
    • Manage the entire recruitment process from initial client engagement to candidate placement.
    • Coordinate interviews, collect feedback from clients and candidates, and negotiate job offers.
  • Market Research:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, talent landscapes, and recruitment best practices.
    • Provide insights to clients on market conditions and talent availability.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
    • Ensure compliance with local and international employment laws and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions in our CRM system.


  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, preferably in an international recruitment setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
