- Participate in month-end close activities, including the review of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss (P&L), and journal adjustments to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of the yearly budget, quarterly forecast, quarterly business review, and weekly financial reports to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams to analyze financial performance and variances against budget and forecast.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain financial models and analytical tools to support forecasting and budgeting activities.
- Support strategic initiatives by providing financial analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements in financial reporting and planning processes.
- Communicate financial results and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders effectively.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support business planning activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes impacting the medical device industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools (e.g., Excel, Hyperion, SAP).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices in financial planning and analysis.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
- Native Thai Speaker with Excellent English proficiency
