A client of mine who sits within Luxury goods are seeking for a Regional IT Manager to join the organization. A permanent position.

Responsibilities:

To manage, operate and oversee day to day IT Infrastructure & End-user helpdesk operations regionally
To own, manage and support IT applications and point of sales (POS) systems
To further automate manual processes that supports the local branches.
Manage external vendors on any related project implementation work

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree with relevant experience in Service Desk Management, hardware and software
Candidates who has experience in Point of Sales systems is mandatory
Candidates who has some experience in Active Directory would be a plus.
Good communication and interpersonal skills as the role requires to work closely with various stakeholders.
