An international luxury retail brand is looking for a passionate and self-driven individual with an extensive experience in senior L&D roles to partner the development of one of their iconic brands.
You can implement and lead learning and coaching culture in the organization and are experienced in recognizing, growing and retaining talents.
- Establishing L&D as a business partner by collaborating with each business unit, to design and deliver leading learning solutions to support overall business strategy.
- Develop current learning offer by changing towards collaborative and experiential workshop based learnings.
- Work closely with the local HR team and managers to have a strong individual development plan to provide customized learning journeys for all the employees and teams.
- Designing and delivering learning workshops and collaborating with external consultants for the skills, expertise and knowledge not available internally.
- Enhancing career development for all the employees and at all levels.
- 7+ years of experience in senior L&D or/and Talent development roles.
- Proven track of delivering comprehensive leadership and management learning solution, executive coaching and change management.
- Extensive experience in working in multicultural environment, having led and managed bigger teams and delivered both local and global learning solutions.
- Being capable to transform individuals and teams, and having the ability to support company's strategy and lead the change.
