Leading Luxury retail company is committed to fostering growth, innovation, and excellence in their workforce, and the company is now seeking an accomplished Senior Learning and development expert to join our dynamic Regional Human Resources team.

Job Overview:

As the Regional Senior Learning and Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning and development landscape within the SEAO region. You will lead the formulation and orchestration of the SEAO Learning & Development roadmap and be responsible for building organizational capabilities in alignment with the SEAO business and people agenda.

Additionally, you will take the lead in guiding and coordinating key People Experience projects for the region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders across the organization, including the Maison Function teams, as well as Regional People Experience and Retail Academy leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Learning & Development Strategy: Develop, implement, and continuously refine the SEAO Learning & Development strategy, ensuring it aligns with the overall business objectives and priorities.
  2. Capability Building: Identify skills gaps and learning needs within the organization and design effective programs and initiatives to address these gaps.
  3. People Experience Projects: Lead and coordinate key People Experience projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience and engagement in the SEAO region.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the organization, including various Maison Function teams, to ensure alignment and integration of learning and development initiatives.
  5. Talent Development: Work on talent development programs, career pathing, and succession planning to support the growth and retention of top talent within the region.
  6. Learning Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning and development programs.
  7. Budget Management: Manage the Learning & Development budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  8. Compliance: Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to learning and development and ensure compliance within the SEAO region.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Learning & Development.
  • Strong understanding of talent development, organizational capability building, and People Experience.
  • Exceptional project management and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and matrixed organization.
