A luxury consumer brand client is looking for a strategic and influential Regional Supply Chain Operations Director / Senior Manager.
As the department leader, this role will drive high-performance supply chain operations, optimise supply for markets growth (across classical channels and digital business), be the voice of the region to headquarter/global (and vice versa), and contribute to the region's commitment to sustainability.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional supply chain operations strategy, focusing on key priorities
- Lead operations across Asia for its directly-managed/owned markets and otherwise, and digital business last-mile delivery setup
- Standardise processes the region's supply chain operations, achieving collaboration and compliance
- Ensure compliant, risk-managed supply chain, develop Cost to Serve model, and contribute to regional strategy
- Champion proactive, strategic supply chain teams performance, encourage continuous improvement, precision/accuracy, and cross-team support
- Collaborate with market and functional leadership teams, drive the region's supply chain operations improvement, and define sustainability roadmap
- Contribute to headquarter supply chain community and sustainability initiatives
Key requirements:
- Proven supply chain operational leadership and multi-geography team management
- Experienced in luxury and/or direct-to-consumer retail product categories (automotive, beauty/cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, wines/spirit/alcohol)
- Brings forth a compelling leadership presence and excels in effectively engaging with senior leaders across functions and topics
- Excellent and empathetic people manager and developer
- Proficient in SAP & APO, financial acumen, and system implementation
- Fit for business travel
Remunerations:
- Between S$180,000 and S$230,000 annual fixed base, plus variable performance bonus potential
