Our client are one of the fastest-growing revolutionary luxury skincare brands who are planning huge success in the Asian market.

They are looking for a Director of Sales, APAC to direct the company's sales strategy and execution with a strong focus on growing markets in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and South Korea. The Sales Director will take charge of all negotiation and manages all policies, channels, objectives, and initiatives for a high-end skin care brand entering and growing in Asia.

Roles and responsibilities of this position includes:

  • Developing a market study and retailer analysis for Asia and creating a solid Asia entry strategy
  • Leading the sales execution with initial focus on an omni-business retailer in Asia
  • Continuously explore expansion of the brand to fitting new geographies and retailers in Asia, i.e. leading the Tmall relationship and launch execution as well as maintaining a very fruitful partnership with them

Key requirements:

  • A minimum of 10+ years' experience in sales and channel partners engagement
  • A proven track record of success in managing sales and sales channels in the skincare industry with one of the top high-end skin care brands
  • Must have managed Tmall/ Alibaba accounts in the prestige beauty industry
  • Must have strong understanding of the following platforms: WeChat, Weibo/ Xiao Hong Shu/ Naver/ Kakao
  • Must have a strong understanding of the prestige beauty industry in Asia
